We use GerbPro Tabs in our commercial cut-flower operation. We have seen an increase in vase life and are receiving raving positive reports from our cut-flower customers. See the list of "dirty" flowers that benefit from pre-treatment with GerbPro tabs below.

We refer to this group of flowers as "dirty" flowers--those that foul the water fast. They immediately dump organic matter, enzymes, and carbs into the water as the begin to heal the wound (the cut). This material triggers bacterial explosions that start immediately when flowers come in contact with the water and is the beginning of the whole short vase-life problem. The flowers will benefit from an initial drink of super clean GerbPro water for 4 hours to 3 days, then followed by a drink of fresh flower food. Flowers ultimately need the sugar element in flower food to continue opening and holding in the vase.

Our in-house test on purchased Gerbera Dasies that we treated with GerbPro Tabs lasted 12 days with stiff stems!
