The Mammoth Sunflower produces a huge single bloom that can reach over 12" across and sits atop of a 12' stem, this is a bird favorite bird! Once the seed heads mature and drop over from weight, the inverted heads become a bird bath after rain showers--a site to behold!

To support your towering sunflowers, install a very heavy duty stake early in the growth stage that can be pounded a couple of feet into the ground with at least 6 feet above. Tie / velro your sunflower to the stake for support as it grows.
