This flower has fast become our favorite. It has lots of little, mauve-colored flowers from 1-1/2-3” umbrella-shaped blooms. This is actually an edible carrot, but it bolts very early making it a perfect cut flower. The blooms fade as the season heats up from dark mauve to a muted mauve and then to green! You couldn’t ask for a better addition to a bouquet! • Full sun • 42-48”"H • Annual • 100 seeds • Start seeds indoors or plant seeds directly in the garden • Plant in the fall in zones 6-9 and in spring in zones 4-5. • Cover seed lightly • 3-5 days to germinate • Harvest flowers at all stages. are fully open. • Make the first harvest cut above the bottom two side shoots, this establishes a branching habit for the season.
