This flower has fast become our favorite. It has lots of little, mauve-colored flowers from 1-1/2-3” umbrella-shaped blooms. This is actually an edible carrot, but it bolts very early making it a perfect cut flower. The blooms fade as the season heats up from dark mauve to a muted mauve and then to green!
